Our Recruitment Process:


To secure a position with Intec, you will need to go through a four stage recruitment process. This process ensures that we are making the right decision by hiring you and you are making a right career move.

Stage 1. Application

Submit your CV to Careers@intecinfonet.com or apply for a job through job portals or our website by going to Current Job Openings section. Our HR team will review your application and will decide whether your Qualifications and experience match our requirements.

Stage 2. Personal Interview

After screening of profiles, candidates would be called for personal interview. There are multiple rounds of interview based on the function and profile. This ensures that you get an opportunity to discuss questions that you may have about the profile.

Stage 3. Psychometric profiling

After the personal interview, few psychometric tests are conducted.

Stage 4. Final Selection

After successful completion of above steps, the candidate would be given the offer.

Reference Check and Offer

You must provide at least two past references for professional experience check. After a successful reference check you will be given the final offer.
